Job Summary
Sales representative is responsible for selling equipment, service, rentals, and parts. Cultivates and develops customer relationships in person, via phone / internet and through cold calling. Responsible for retention and satisfaction of customers. Meets, and aims to exceed, sales goals established by sales management. Aids in market share growth for location. Educates customers on how equipment, products and services can benefit their end goal. Has extensive product knowledge and stays up to date on changes and trends in the industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Promotes and atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Acts in professional manner and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Present, promote, demonstrates and sells equipment in a dealership setting.
• Quotes customer equipment and evaluates trade-in equipment within established company guidelines.
• Maintain existing customers and accounts while developing new custimers and accounts.
• Keeps up to date on multiple product lines and manufacture programs.
• Understands and keeps up to date on industry trends to maximize sale opportunity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by sales manager.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a business / store / shop environment. Company workloads require Monday - Friday

Pay

$50,000 -$55,000 Salary - Plus commission program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
